As a mother of a 2016 graduate, we were very happy & satisfied with my daughters attire...very beautiful. Thank you for making her joyous occassion memorable.
My parents recommended Navajo Spirit for my graduation outfit so I traveled from Tucson to visit the store. Ms. Virginia was very kind and helpful. I was unsure of what I wanted and she was very patient with me. I am very pleased with my selection and I can't wait for my outfit. Thank you!
Despite the owner being friendly it is my opinion that some of the staff are unprofessional and unapologetic. The job was simple, merely hemming a dress and they managed to remove more than what was originally measured. To add to the damages, staff showed no remorse and they even laughed and joked about the situation. This dress was to be worn by my mother at her only son's wedding and now it's a horrible reminder of this regretful experience. Owner was very rude and shrug us off. She didn't ask us anything but knew we were Dine. Talk about poor customer service I was treated better at Navajo Arts and crafts.
Very good customer service and were very helpful. Sometimes it's the customer servie that brings you back.
