4 stars for an affordable 60 minute $40 foot massage. Good technique, but asked many times by two people to upgrade to the combo for $20 more(lost a star for that and not doing the rewards for foot massages). They offer walk in, which is nice when you need to relax in a pinch or your plantar fasciitis flares up. Do note, they charge an extra $3 for using your credit card.
I am writing to report a highly unprofessional and distressing incident at this establishment. After receiving a substandard massage, I was cornered by staff members who aggressively demanded a tip. They physically blocked the exit, forcing me to squeeze past them to leave the building. This predatory behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
I took a leap of faith and tried this place for a massage. I did a walk in appointment for a swedish massage. Overall the service was well priced, staff were very kind and professional, and it felt amazing! Highly recommend the hot stone upgrade.
This was my first visit to Navajo Spa Foot Massage, and I was very happy with the experience. Jenny, the masseuse, gave me a delightful one-hour foot massage, during which time soft music played to induce relaxation. The foot massage also included head, neck, shoulder, and arm massage while my feet were soaking. I would highly recommend this establishment for anybody contemplating a massage of any kind\.
Very clean, straightforward, and professional workers. They have stamp cards , great prices, and private rooms.
