5 weeks of back and forth and no solid answer form anyone when your property is damaged! What is the point of paying for insurance when no one responds when you need them?!
No way to talk to anybody and they don’t answer any emails purchased house insurance from them and they won’t get back to me anymore
So disorganized and dishonest. They’ve called me asking to renew random vehicles I’ve never heard of. When I did renew my car, they continued to call and ask to renew again. They will try and get you to increase your coverage even when they know it doesn’t make sense for the value of the vehicle. Very exploitative.
I bought a car at Acura and one of your agents Reta Cheng came to the dealership. I have never had insurance done by someone so inexperienced and confused in my life. Do you even train your agents? It was a painful experience.
