BEWARE. They push Optiom insurance products that are high profit for them, low value for you. I got suckered into one and cancelled it the next day. Of course it’s not really cancelled as Optiom plays games, wants you to call them so they can try to change your mind or sell you something else. Go somewhere reputable, only get ICBC insurance, private insurance isn’t worth it.

Vanessa is absolutely fantastic! She has helped us with my car insurance multiple times, and every interaction has been a pleasure. She is incredibly thorough, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
