She was prepared with all of the information I needed to complete the task and prepared me for a potential switch to Navacord for my home insurance. if you haven't heard her lovely voice, give her a call - but be prepared to stay on the phone longer than might otherwise have been necessary, as it could be tough to say goodbye.
