I had terrible experience at Nava’s office in San Juan Capistrano while doing my taxes. There was no communication between staff members. When trying to reach them on the phone, they were never available. The emails I sent to Carlos and Vania with specific questions, where never answered. They give you one pricing over the phone and when you go in person is completely different and nobody admits what they quote over the phone. bunch of fake reviews. Its hard to get anyone on the phone, and once you do get anyone, they hang up on you. Then you start all over. I cant imagine how poorly the help will be once their customer gets into a crash smh.
The service is excellent for taxes, travel, etc. Very friendly environment and they are very cordial and attentive in what do you need.
