My first Internal Medicine doctor, upon moving to Central California. Dr Nava is an awesome doctor, one of the best I've had and I have enjoyed and worked with many doctors in over four different states. My doctor was no longer in my Healthcare network. So I had to find a doctor that was. Still in all he's a great doctor in Visalia, California.
Blue shield listed Dr Nava as my primary physician. I call because I have an emergency and they say I have to go to urgent care because I'm not established with them yet. So now I have to pay out of pocket for medical care because this place is useless. Guy on the phone doesn't care just says "anything else?"

Dr Nava is a great primary care physician because of his nonstop efforts to provide the best care for his patients. Whether you are a new patient or an existing patient he along his nurse practitioners will always make every effort to ensure your loved ones are cared for!
Dr Nava is a great Dr. However I pulled my whole family from his practice because of his staff. So many bad experiences. Lost referrals to see a specialist. Nobody answers the phone. Lack of knowledge from treating PA. Hard to see Dr Nava. I would not recommend this medical care.
