Staff and Doctor are very unresponsive. They treat you with no respect . Customer service is very poor..

I would give him less than 1 star if I could. He would cancel my tests without calling me, so I would show up at the hospital for testing just for them to tell me that I didn't have an requests in. I would wait 2 hours past my scheduled time for my appointment, and he would spend less than 15 minutes talking to me. I was in his care for 6 months without getting an actual diagnosis. Not because it was hard to figure out, but because it took forever to get anything actually done.
I had two visits with him. I liked him upfront. We decided together to do a upper scoap. That went well. The trouble began with miscommunication about a prescription I was suppose to get. I went to the pharmacy to it and they handed me a colon prep! I called the office to speak with his assistance. She said, she'd fax it over to Kroger. Waited all day, never came.
