Nauvoo Yoga is place where you can find connection as well as inspiration for growth and peace. We are located in the Historic High School/Elementary school on Knight street, on the second floor. FYI there are no elevators available. Classes are beginner friendly, we have mats available if you don't have your own. Drop in, as the first class is always free!

I hadn't done yoga for several years so was not sure I could handle it. I started chair yoga and gentle yoga last fall and can't believe the difference it has made! My puny arms actually have muscles now! My husband is amazed and can't deny that yoga has greatly improved my golf game. I am so thankful that someone told me about Nauvoo Yoga. Thank you, Karen, for being so patient and for providing such great classes!
Karen is an amazing yoga teacher. I have taken classes with her for about a year now. She guided me through my last pregnancy- the yoga was a game changer. The pregnancy, birth & recovery were markedly improved compared to my other kids because of Karen’s yoga. She has a calming spirit about her and her classes are healing and energizing!
I started taking classes from Karen when she first opened her studio I wasn't sure what to expect, but fell in love with Yoga. I was having shoulder pain and with the gentle stretching and movement the shoulder pain almost disappeared. Karen teaches with a gentle kindness and adjusts the movements to accommodate each individual needs. I am currently doing Yoga classes with Nauvoo Yoga and Karen via Zoom, which I am so grateful for.
