Whoever answered my phone call was the least empathetic person I’ve ever met at a vet office. I explained how my animal was seen by another clinic and was leading towards end of life care but I wanted a second opinion just to make sure that diagnosis was correct. I was told, very coldly, that they aren’t taking new patients and they don’t do second opinions. 10/10 Ann is a great veterinarian, she has always treated my animals with kindness and respect, I trusted her 100% she always had the animals best interest in mind. I will definitely take my future animals to Ann.
The staff here is absolutely wonderful, recommend this vet to everyone looking for a vet that truly cares about. The animals and not just their bottom line.
Horrible vet.... had my dog for 2 weeks... charged me 1000 on visits to send me home with a dog that passed away 6 minutes from coming into the house. No explanations nothing just a bill of 750 to return him to me in a urn!!! Do not recommend this place at all
