All told, it took about three months to resolve an order that should have taken days, involved a mislabeled and out-of-stock product, a surprise shipping charge, and a refund that only happened after I discussed escalating to my credit card company. This whole experience was a mess. When I later ordered the same mast set from a different supplier, it came within 4 days - as a complete set, professionally and safely packaged, and for the original price I bought it for. Hard to find nice to deal with
This facility has a comprehensive amount of dinghy parts. Very well run organisation and friendly management with sailing experience. What's more, the prices are responsible! Great find for our optimist sailboat needs 😀
Took over a month to receive my order. Was told it would be 10 days after I placed orders. Should have cancelled. Never again.
