Hard to find nice to deal with
This facility has a comprehensive amount of dinghy parts. Very well run organisation and friendly management with sailing experience. What's more, the prices are responsible! Great find for our optimist sailboat needs 😀
Took over a month to receive my order. Was told it would be 10 days after I placed orders. Should have cancelled. Never again.
Ordered item through Amazon. Had to pay usps additional money before they gave me the item even though I already paid an additional $8.50 for shipping. Its been a lot of emails back and forth between Nautos and I to get the amount refunded and they have not refunded the additional payment I needed to complete. Buy elsewhere.
