This is the third or fourth order I’ve placed and couldn’t be happier with the shipping/fulfillment times. All parts have fit like factory. Great resource for Nautique parts.
The part (plate, inspection for shaft packing, 8 black cam-out) I purchased for my 2002 ski nautique was left near the road vs my front porch where it could have been easily stolen. Luckily it wasn’t. I got an email asking for my rating of the UPS delivery and I was honest. The “customer service” person wrote a rather snarky reply basically blaming me. Whatever. Nice small company with great customer service! I had received a delivery with an error from pcm and they fixed it nicely to send me 2 new ones. Definitely recommend ordering parts here
