My first experience with this vendor was when I purchased several off-lease ProLiant servers. They not only had excellent prices, but not only offer great warranty service, but also do a very good job at tailoring the best solution for your needs, within your budget. They've even kept in touch after the purchase, which I was *not* expecting. If you're looking for HP equipment, I highly recommend this company. I hope to remain a customer for a long time. I've ordered two laptops from NautilisNet. I did not read the description carefully on the second one and ordered a laptop without a wifi card. Not very useful. Miguel was very helpful and shipped me a wifi card free of charge. Now that is excellent service! I will definitely be buying again.

I called about a HP Server they had available online. The customer service was great! The staff was very polite and the solutions architect was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The whole process from start to finish was perfect. Will definitely buy again.
