I was very disappointed with the service. I have been calling for 2 days and could not get through. It kept going to the answering machine. I left a message and nobody responded. Today I went there and I saw people working out in the windows with the lights on. I tried to go use the elevator to go to the 2nd floor and it would not allow me. Another customer was also trying and was disappointed as well.
Switched from another gym in Lasalle. Not crowded, machines available for use, no need to lineup. It is clean, and sauna is an added bonus. The equipment is rather dated, it would be nice if it was upgraded.
It's a good gym, I wished they had kept the brown paper dispensers
