Considering the price of food and the location, the experience is lackluster. Service wise- waiting 30 minutes between our last 2 dishes was annoying, we didn't even want the last dish when it finally came out. The icing to the cake is the 5% kitchen fee that is tacked on. Just pay your employees equal wages and/or raise your price on the food, 5% service fee is tacky and not very transparent of what it is going to. Really enjoyed Nautilus Pier 4. The food was fresh, the atmosphere had a great upscale-casual vibe, and the location is hard to beat—the water is literally right outside the door. Great spot all around.
