John and Terry are the best. I miss them dearly and wish I could still work out with them unfortunately had to move.Nautilus North a Muskoka hidden gem.
Miss the best strength training ever.....got my list and replicating as best I can now that we live elsewhere! Not the same as having my Trainor John!
