I absolutely LOVE Alyse. I have been to many massage therapists and still suffered from back and leg pain. She listens to me with intent, offers at home stretching and educates me on what will work for my body and is thorough in her massage work. Alyses studio has good energy. It's located in a super classy building. I had a great 60 minute massage. She was effective at finding my root issues and getting them worked out. She even discussed future therapies to further my progress. She is a cup mistress and my back/body can feel a drastic difference.
