Driver had a fit of road rage. While traffic was waiting on a red light, the vehicle in front the Nautilus driver was attempting to merge left. This precluded the nautilus driver from pulling forward. So the driver (with his white goatee and glasses, towing a UTV) leaned into the horn for 30 seconds. Calm down, dude, nobody was going anywhere. Don’t embarrass yourself and your company.

Nautilus will bill you more than they originally quote you, the job will take longer then they tell you it will take, and the workmanship is questionable.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Nautilus Marine. As a woman boat owner, I hoped for a fair and honest service, but I encountered significant overcharges for both parts and labor. They claimed that the joystick on my bow thruster needed replacement due to corrosion, but a simple cleaning fixed it. Additionally, they quoted a high price for the windlass solenoid, which I obtained for a quarter of the cost and had installed for less than their diagnostic fee.
