This is the best of the best in my opinion. I will always recommend them.
After trying 3 types of hearing aids, none work for me. After 3 months of trying I asked for a refund. I was then told I would have to wait for all of the companies to refund Nautilus their money. Then and only then would I get my refund. They did not have a clue as to how long it would take .Sorry! I have been over a month now. Be careful before you give them your money!
Dr. Emily was great. Everything was smooth with the appointment and she explained my options concisely. Highly recommend her if you are having hearing issues.
