Mason Hancock is a great front desk worker, I rolled my ankle and he gave me an ice pack .
Water bottler filler is broken all the time
Nautilus Family Fitness is great for all. Very clean, new equipment and water fountains that get cold, a sauna, pool, basketball court, fitness classes. It has it all for the most part. But the best thing is the staff always treat you with respect and are always willing to help out in any way they can. If you bring a concern to them, they immediately address it. All around great job and very satisfied customer.
