My experience is a bit of a mixed bag. I'll start with the cons. The gym is fairly large with alot of machines. Most of which could use some tlc. Pads are worn and grips are tearing or falling off. Plates on the machines and attachments are getting rusty and pulleys don't roll well, making some workouts harder than intended or just not moving smoothly. Great place. They have every machine you need to get fit. They also have indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Great staff 😊
This Gym is always Poppin’!!
Finally a gym where I don't feel like I'm being judged!! And the staff is very friendly and helpful.
