Clean, well lit and ventilated. Friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers, excellent variety of equipment and awesome class instructors.

Been here for the last few years on vacation. They did some major upgrades on lifting equipment. The staff is great and it is nice to be able to pay for a week while here.
