Very enjoyable tour. We spent a couple of hours in the Kayak and saw the local wildlife. Definitely recommend & suggest you reach out direct as he is very approachable.
DO NOT BOOK!! My friends and I were supposed to go on a trip but Niel (one of the ambassadors) had us show up the wrong address. When we let him know, he said he’d show up but even after an hour, he didn’t show. My friends and I all cashapped him and while most of their payments bounced, mine did not. After weeks of trying to find a way to get the refund Niel agreed to, I have not yet received my refund for the trip we never went on.
Neil was a fantastic guide and we enjoyed the tour so much. Definitely a must do!
Arrived early for our 8:30 am reservation. He was not there, and called at 8:50am stating he overslept his alarm and that he could not be there for another 45 mins. It was our last day of vacation and could not reschedule. We asked for a refund which he gladly agreed to. It has been 2 weeks and i have not yet received my refund after reaching out twice.
Fantastic family day Kayaking with Neil. Our whole family really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Neil is so well informed and filled the day with knowledge and anecdotes from his vast experience. Nothing was too much trouble as we moved around the mangroves surrounded by friendly wildlife, we even got to see some of the majestic manatees! A truly fantastic experience thanks Neil.
