Horrible place Horrible people..Horrible HR..but rotten friut fall on its own..
I wouldn’t even give them a one star but had to. Center console has separated from the boat after only 4 yrs it’s Dangerous and unusable. After this short amount of time and the amount of money we paid for it would expect better service/warranty. Don’t buy!! We were warned and did anyway. They don’t attach the CC correctly to the hull. Junk boats!
New center console -- awesome boat, awesome service. Reliable yamaha outboard. Grandparents and the kiddos love the time on the water!
Dishonest, poor planning, worse execution. Constant quality control issues. When your boat goes back to the factory for 40 days, you expect it to work, not have 19 loose electrical/ground connections. Does the CEO Fred Ross actually exist? Does he know how terrible one of his companies operates?
My 2021 Nauticstar 223DC developed cracks below the water line. I was shocked after three weeks Nauticstar denied my claim and stated that's not hull damage covered under warranty. The cracks formed on their own, it's not the result of damage I did. The fact that a three year old hull has cracks is a sign of the poor workmanship by this company. Don't buy this brand.
