Don’t trust a company that won’t come back and warrant the service that they’ve provided! Was anyone else aware that re-gassed aircons only last for a period of 3 months?!? No. Neither were we. We called them they said, ‘Oh we don’t really come out your way, it was only a favour for the realestate agent that they did’! Well a favour is done for free sir, but you invoiced it out and have been paid for the so called service you provided which was way over priced and charged out more hours than what was actually worked!! Great service from Nauticool. They were prompt with the quote, communicated well throughout the whole process, and did a great job with the installation. Professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
The boys always fixed all the problem and no mucked around. Very recommended
Very professional. Came and service all my aircons at home. I told them that my master bedroom aircon was died and they called me and make a report and quote to replace faulty item. Not even a week BANG !!! the item arrived and they replaced it immediately ! Imagine queensland weather in January without aircon ? Thanks guys for a great service, muchly appreciated it ! Unprofessional and Disgusting Experience with Nauticool: I'm appalled and disgusted by the unprofessional behavior of Nauticool's staff. Despite previously recommending them, my latest encounter has left me shocked and offended. After waiting months for a repair, their technician entered my home without notification or courtesy call, startling my 15-year-old daughter awake.
