Not good. Waited over a month for an Oasis Marina prospective service call and was asked by Chris to provide a one week reminder via a phone call. He took my call and briefly discussed my problem (generator issues) . We agreed on a day and i indicated i would text / call to firm up 48hrs prior to service call. No response to any of these attempts - total crickets. So now it's almost July and no generator. I waited a long time to get help and was stood up. I AM NOT COMMENTING ON THEIR SKILLS..
