i was shopping for a lot of parts and they literally told me: "we will not waste our time with you since you are also shopping somewhere else" . i complained to the management, but no one got back to me
Entire staff friendly and knowledgeable. Rickie was kind enough to walk us through what was repaired and the gentleman at the main desk greeted my husband by last name when we walked in. Superb service all across the board. If you need a boat or repairs this place is definitely the place to come visit. It's worth the drive from any east texas location. If your looking for the best of the best it would be this company in the east texas area. Thanks again guys
This company has the same owner as The Boat Center. Our experience was extremely disappointing. My family brought in a boat with good compression. They kept it for nearly two months with little communication. When we finally got it back, they tried to charge us $4,400 after tearing the motor apart and returning it to us in pieces. The staff was rude and disrespectful throughout the process. Instead of fixing the issue, they created a much bigger problem and left us with a dismantled motor and a massive bill. I would definitely recommend them for all your boating needs. I bought a used boat and the did a all around maintaince check for new boat owners. Prices are reasonable and staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
