Couldn't ask for better customer service and staff
I was fishing in a tournament and on prefish day my tilt/trim stopped working and I was 2 hrs away from Tyler with no way to raise the motor to remove the transom support device. We tried several things while on the phone with Joe and Cameron from Nautical. They finally said - if you will bring the boat in, we will do our best to resolve the issue and get it back to you so you can fish the tournament. We took the boat in for service and then took our boat out for the first time after service .... turns out they didn't flush the air out of the gas line. We launched the boat and the motor wouldn't start and we had to bring it back in.
Had an awesome experience, with Cameron. He was knowledgeable and got us exactly what we needed. BOOM! 10 STARS IF POSSIBLE.
