I love this location. Honestly never had a bad experience. For someone who has food allergies, the team is very accommodating whether I place my order in store or online. I get bowls once if not twice a week. All the girls and one boykeep being amazing
Just a pregnant lady who wants a strawberry banana smoothie so badddd but I want to cry so hard after I get this smoothie. This is the worst smoothie, I don’t smell strawberry or banana, I thought it was supposed to be a healthy place. This smoothie is 9.68 which the girl told me they only have one size. I don’t mind paying for any kind of food as long as it’s good. By the picture I only take one sip. This smoothie is watery. Straight up sugar. I will not recommend anyone to go and waste their money.
They Seem To Come Off As Always Have An Attitude Especially The Asian Boy Making Faces And I Go Here A Lot It Makes Me Want To Stop Or Not Even Want It Anymore Who Wants To Eat Something By Somebody With An Attitude

Changed their smoothie recipes! We have loved Nautical Bowls at this location with the bowls and smoothies. However we went today to find that they now use a pre-made puree in the smoothies with ice. They are more icee based. We tried the Strawberry Banana and Tropical. Both tasted very fake and did not sit well. Sad they do not use the bowl ingredients as a base anymore.
