For a breakfast, lunch, or snack, Nautical bowls are amazing!!!
The protein bowl had a different taste that I didn't like.
The bowls we got were amazing, and the service was even better. They gave us some ideas on places to visit during our vacation in Minnesota, and were overall very helpful.
Delicious sunrise bowl (I got it to go) and tropical tide smoothie( my son added extra protein powder). Great atmosphere and prompt service with multiple groups of guests. Highly recommend.
