Don't use them, they will try and take money from you. I asked for a deed change and they sent me documents to sign and give back to them for them to proceed with the change. After a month long of consideration I decided not to proceed and did not even signed anything to give them. I emailed asking if the refund can be exchanged since nothing has been done yet. I was the listing agent on a property that closed yesterday. The buyers chose to work with Nautica Title. During the entire transaction, the team did not acknowledge or return one single email to me, including the closing instructions from my office. The did respond to me today telling giving me information that conflicted with their instructions. In this business communication is the key. The lack of professionalism here speaks volumes of how they operate. I would look elsewhere.
