Held up a refinance closing for 2 weeks. Never accepted our order and never reached out to tell us. Don’t recommend them if you have a choice. Lied about the reason they could not accept offer.
My experience with this title company was absolutely horrible. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Not only did they exhibit a complete lack of communication throughout the process, but they also made several critical mistakes. One was they sent the sellers check to the buyers address 10 days after closing.
