Very poor service. This title company failed to communicate timely updates, waited 30 days after contract execution to order the survey, charged an outrageous $781.20 for a single affidavit and their third party company charged a $260 fee for an estoppel that costs $299. Sensitive information was inappropriately disclosed to parties intentionally removed from prior communications, and key documents were requested at the last minute. Beware of this title company their settlement fees combine for a buyer and seller are over $5,500, they are extorting their customers. A normal title company may charge a maximum of $895 and if it’s an attorney’s owner title office, maybe $1,295. However, this title company attempted to charge me a $2,295 settlement fee and they charged their buyer, who chose title $3,290 a ginormous fee. I did a closing with this company, it's the most expensive you can find on the market, they charged 550 USD for a mobile notary, and he called me in the same day of the closing at 7:30 AM, at this time I was sleeping, so cause I didn't answer, he got offended. Title company has a lot in the market, like this? Will be gard to find one The owner Mr Tocks, is so disrespctfull
