I did a closing with this company, it's the most expensive you can find on the market, they charged 550 USD for a mobile notary, and he called me in the same day of the closing at 7:30 AM, at this time I was sleeping, so cause I didn't answer, he got offended. Stay away from this Title Company, they do scam all the time. They are very unprofessional and won't provide you any update until you call or email them. They knew seller will cancel the contract right before the closing but they didn't inform me till I emailed them. All these cost me and my family almost $10K because we canceled our lease and hired a moving company. We had to stay in my friend house and rent a new house month to month.
