Repair of the furnace was perfect !!
We lived in Redwood apartments for 5 years. April, the property manager is the absolute best! She was responsive any time we needed anything, she is always professional but also very sweet and made our family feel at home. The property is immaculate from the landscaping to the homes…a nice quiet neighborhood. We have two little boys and I always felt safe playing with them outside. I cannot say enough positive things about living here. We will miss not only our home but the management as well.

Whether I had questions about availability, pricing, or the move‑in process, she responded with clarity, patience, and genuine care. Her transparency made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.
