I had a wonderful opportunity to visit the Redwood apartment community and work with Jodi, who felt more like a good friend than a salesperson. She was extremely thorough in explaining the different floor plans and helped guide me toward the one that best fit my needs. Jodi also assisted me with the application process and patiently helped resolve the small tech issues I ran into (I’m a little slow in that department). DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! They do not service any maintain requests in a timely manner. They charged a pet fee that doesn’t cover any pet damage. Rent is WAY too high for lack of service and amenities (hint there are no amenities). There communication at end of lease is foul. There are no end of lease notices presented at the end of your lease. When applying be prepared to sell your soul they want you to give everything. Neighbors are not friendly. The staff is nice, that’s it though.
