The maintenance team replace the necessary pipes to prevent water leakage! They did great work.
I was so impressed by April’s knowledge and thorough meeting and tour of the model. She answered all questions and was so personable. She spent all the time dedicated to us, we never felt rushed to end the visit. And an extra bonus was actually meeting the maintenance man (Ron?) who has been with Redwood since it was built. The grounds and houses throughout are beautiful and spotless! The model we toured was everything I dreamed of!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. community is very nice and inviting place to live.
Pretty good considering other places in the area
