Had a clogged kitchen sink, called Nauss. The plumber tried to convince me that all the pipes in the basement needed to be replaced. This was unaffordable. As a quick fix he used a plunger which worked a little. He was to speak with his employer then call me back. He never did. That evening while washing dishes there was a gurgling sound and the sink unclogged. I think that Nauss was trying to take advantage. I’m a single mother on welfare taking care of her 82 year old mother. Shame on Nauss.

Didn’t show up, didn’t call. Couldn’t get ahold of them for like a week after. Gave up.
Can't get through to them at all ...
I called to see if I could get filters for my RO system... They took my information and said that they would contact me... Still waiting!
