Amazing customer service. From the moment I called -only a few minutes before closing time - Jess was extremely helpful in booking an appointment for me. I was a few days from attending a wedding and was really sad about the shape of my nails. As I waked into the salon, I loved how modern and clean everything was. Andrea did my nails. I don’t want to write names to respect confidentiality. First of all there is no welcome in this place. It looks clean. The girl who did pedicure was experienced and the girl who did manicure was not experienced and on top of it she was getting annoyed.
