No so happy with the service at Naughton’s in Shepparton. At the beginning of last year I approached two local pool companies. One offers to lock in the price with a view of installation being around April this year. Sadly, we elected to go with Naughton’s who provided a coating and said the site inspection would occur after winter 2022 with a view of the pool being installed i time for summer. Did not return calls or email via their website enquiries, that’s right, plural. Several attempts requesting service and no response. Did receive an email response saying “thanks, someone will be in contact”, they just didn’t say what year! Suppose they are busy enough that they can ‘pick & choose’. I was lucky enough to start receiving their spam email newsletters 👎
