Mutual (even with a 15% alumni discount) and all good driving records ...and my family is shocked at the price difference - over 1/3 LESS for 4 people and 3 cars. The ladies who helped with initial paperwork over the phone are efficient, quick, intelligent. Summary - I'm not complaining about MI car insurance rates anymore!!
