Tim was responsive, timely, explained things well and save us thousands of dollars when our commercial heating unit went out. A larger company told us we needed to replace the entire unit, but Tim assured us we did not. He worked on our rooftop on an 8 degree evening which ultimately helped our business stay open during one of the coldest winters in years. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
Had a tenant without heat, Tim responded to my call and had them up and running in just a few hours, very thankful for his caring responsive attitude and his skills.
Tim is always so great to work with and comes out so quickly! I will definitely continue to use him for my heating and cooling needs :)
