If I could rate NO stars I absolutely would. This office keeps rescheduling me, and when I showed up 14 minutes late they told me I couldn't be seen, and scheduled me a month out. The office is also difficult to find and the directions the receptionist gave me to park and find the office were not helpful. They were not very helpful and seemed confused as to why I had a tough time finding the office. Go literally ANYWHERE else, absolutely not worth the hour drive.
Finally having the courage share my childbirth trauma due to lack of professionalism from Dr. Polke and Dr. Garber. I developed high blood pressure during my pregnancy which was not treated, or taken seriously. I ended up being induced by the (irresponsible) midwife in the hopes of having a natural child birth. Long story short, I ended up having an emergency c-section that saved my and my baby's life - thank you Dr. Albini, for being the only responsible person in this practice!! The doctor is good but the staff, especially the receptionist are super rude. I called to reschedule an appointment and the receptionist over the phone start yelling at me. They do not help anyone.
Honestly one of the worst practices I have ever come into contact with and if you get Kelly on the phone forget it. Rude, dismissive, they can’t even schedule appointments properly.
DO NOT go to Dr.Trias. Innapropriate trauamtizing behavior & he can barely HEAR! Very dismissive & flirtatious. Its been 2 months now, and I think of this everyday
