Very disappointed with the service on the phone. In called saying I had discharge paper work from the hospital for my 9 year old daughter that is currently experiencing some kind of hearing loss and they would not see her even as an emergency and given I had hospital papers unless a referral was sent to them. They would not even honor papers from the hospital for my 9 yr old daughter.
