We saw Dr Williams for the 1st time and am happy to report what great service, exam he gave. Great bed time approach to my 93 year old Mother. Looking forward to seeing him on our next appt in a months time. Side note.... there are no elevators or stairs available between 1st and 2nd floors! Be aware of what floor your appt is at. The ENT is located in the back of the building with its own entryway and parking.

Went to go make a new appointment and receptionist started being disrespectful because she had issues with her phone. Will be finding another company. Customer service starts at the phone call, do better!
