I took my baby here at 2 weeks old to get his tongue tie removed, I found out from my lactation consultant that they didn’t remove it completely, he still has a tongue tie. They didn’t even explain the aftercare or show me some important exercises to help my baby heal and stretch his tongue, and also at check out I asked for a receipt or paperwork that states what he had done, they refused to give it to me, saying that it wasn’t necessary, but when we were about to get in the car some lady ran outside to give it to us. Dr. Gamer was excellent
They wouldn’t treat my son because he had a fever. The supervisor is rude & doesn’t LISTEN!!!!!! I’m still dealing with his infected ear since May now. They don’t do ANYTHING. They don’t give a damn.
