I was treated very rudely by the receptionist because I questioned why I was being charged extra, in spite of the fact that I had paid in full, in advance, and was supposed to receive a 10 percent discount for doing so. It was because my treatment was taking longer than they had expected. (I was an adult with very crowded and crooked teeth so I knew it was going to take awhile.). I was told by Dr Nauert that he was unwilling to give me updates on my childs progress. He said that I either trust him to do his job with out updates or he will remove the braces. He also demeaned me by saying "It doesnt matter if I tell you what is going on because you arnt a doctor and wont understand the medical words I use anyway." As a parent I have a right to know about my childs healthcare. He is not at his locations regularly, when you try to reschedule, its another month out.
