I went to Dr. Nau for a severe ear infection. It was one of the worst he had ever seen. Thanks to him I was able to finally get my ears better. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends that need a good ENT.
I called Alamo ENT for what I thought was an urgent issue and the office lady got me an appointment the next day. I was very apprehensive about going because of the many negative reviews I read but I needed the issue looked at. The office staff was very pleasant and friendly when I arrived. Dr. Thomas Nau is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in responding to questions and concerns.
I was a patient of Dr. Nau for 5 years and in 2019 I went to him with a complaint of an ear infection. He was very sarcastic and told me I didn't have an ear infection. I have had ear problems for decades and when my symptoms persisted I went to a nurse practitioner. She said I had an ear infection and treated it with antibiotics. I was referred to Dr. Thomas Nau by a friend/co-worker. I live two hours away from San Antonio, but traveling to see him was well worth the visit. After suffering with persistent post-nasal drip and sore throat for the last several months, I finally set up an appointment. I had been given zpaks, antihistamines, and antibiotics, but to no avail.
