I want to say I scheduled appointment at Naty’s Valentines Special. Though I wasn’t feeling well having back spams. The owner herself washed everyone’s hair that made appointment Knowing I wasn’t feeling well Naty herself went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my chair n then helped me relax with some type of smell of energy really helped me relax and a magnetic bars on my back to release the pain. Cynthia did a well done job on my hair I love it
