I recently purchased a custom Natuzzi Italia sectional sofa from Sandy’s Furniture worth over $6000. I have ordered from Natuzzi in the past, so was expecting high-quality craftsmanship. However, shortly after the sofa arrived , I noticed colour discrepancies between the cushions, and reported the problem. I have had several guests to my home who have seen the issue. Beautiful expensive furniture with zero warranty. The warranty provided by Natuzzi provides nothing. I bought lots of items, after more than 8 months of waiting I finally got it. One of the sofas is not good, it makes creaky noises and one of the cushions is not puffy, so I contacted Natuzzi cares. After 4 months I keep calling and escalate on my case with no success.
