I work very closely with the Natuzzi Customer service team, they are always so helpful and go above and beyond to help me help my customers. Top Tier. Bravo~
Natuzzi is the best. Great furniture, great customer service. Dedicated and knowledgeable staff. We had our 1st Natuzzi for over 20 years, aw loved it every day of our ownership. When there was a time to renew the furniture, we didn't have a second thought, to get another Natuzzi set.
Not the Natuzzi I used to know. Cushions and motors failed within months of delivery. The chair got sucked into the frame which is out of square, motor replaced twice and the sofa is also stuck in the recline position. Not able to get help from seller Woodbridge, who is awful to deal with recently discovered by reading other reviews.. Have been without use of sofa and chair >$10,000 of product since March 2025. I really need Natuzzi to stand by their product and communicate with me.
We purchased a beautiful leather couch and when it was delivered there were a few imperfections. A service gentleman from Natuzzi came and fixed all the issues and went over special tips on how to maintain our beautiful couch. We highly recommend Natuzzi if you are looking for a beautiful high end sofa.
