They could have better track of shipments. Lisa was amazing and went beyond great helping us when we bought our couches. Due to quarantined there was some issues that she made sure to take care of with the best care. She made the experience that could of been bad into a easy smooth process. . She was patient and flexible. Her customer service was amazing. She really cared about my families needs with furniture . After less than a year a sofa, chair and ottoman we purchased began to fall apart. When contacting Naturwood they wanted to “charge”to have someone come out to “examine” the item. Not until we contacted the manufacturer did Naturwood agree to examine and the repair. When the furniture continued to come apart Naturwood said the best They could do was refer us to a repair company at our expense. Furniture can be purchased many many places, Naturwood not only has gorgeous and unique finer furniture, but they also have the quality customer service that goes along with the quality furniture.
