Absolutely appalling experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely ignored and honestly embarrassed to even be there. No one acknowledged me properly, no one checked in, and I was left sitting there wondering if I was invisible. It genuinely felt like the staff couldn’t care less about their customers. Visiting this house clinic had to be the most unprofessional and unwelcoming experience I have ever had. I was made to feel embarrassed, unsettled and unwelcome by Rebecca in a room full of her clients after I had called through that morning to enquire with reception if I was able to come in and have some herbs made up for me and some general herbal cream my family had got off her in the past, he assured me that I could just walk in and have them mixed up, he never suggested that I need to make an appointment with her, so I ... read more

OMG, i cant express how bad my three experiences were. On all 3 appointments, I waited 1 - 1.5 hours in the waiting room. Rebecca I found is very very outdated in her practices. She doesnt explain why there are deficinices or health issues. Just tells you what she sees, then gives you all the herbs, plus a $30 cream. When I booked myself and the 2 kids in, it cost my $1000!
