Absolutely appalling experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely ignored and honestly embarrassed to even be there. Visiting this house clinic had to be the most unprofessional and unwelcoming experience I have ever had. OMG, i cant express how bad my three experiences were. On all 3 appointments, I waited 1 - 1.5 hours in the waiting room. Rebecca I found is very very outdated in her practices. She doesnt explain why there are deficinices or health issues. Just tells you what she sees, then gives you all the herbs, plus a $30 cream. When I booked myself and the 2 kids in, it cost my $1000! I read the reviews and decided to give this a chance. After all everyone is different. After trying i can say this has been a stressful experience and a complete waste of time. A very expensive mistake!!! Im ‘diagnosed’ with practically the same issues as those who suggested her. Given herbs that cost enough to get you to remortgage your home, only to be told it takes time… no change whatsoever.
