I've reviewed this clinic previously in a positive light but I've had too many cancellations from the clinic on my end. Today's cancellation was two hours before my scheduled appointment to tell me the doctor covering my doctor's vacation is unwilling to fill out a single prior authorization for a needed medication. I had all the paperwork and information ready to go - this would not have been a difficult appointment but instead I'm now stuck to wait another 8 days for the end of my providers vacation to maybe be seen. I’ve been going to this clinic for nearly two years, and have had a great experience with Dr. Richardson and Dr. Gilman. They are kind, professional, and genuinely listen. Truly cannot recommend them enough.
