I have been seeing Riley, the Bowen therapist for systemic pain due to trauma. My body was so tights, with my specialist wanting to try me on 3 different schedule 8 pain medicines starting in early 2024. I very seldom have to take a Panadol for pain now and it’s only been three months of going once a week. My depression has all but gone. My pain is at 1-2, and I’m exercising for the first time in 5 years.
I recently sought treatment from Riley McIvor at Naturopathic Connections Bendigo for calf tightness, which I developed from playing football. Riley's use of Bowen therapy and dry needling improved flexibility and reduced tightness even after the first session. Riley displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise.
