Paula and Eric came to my house to evaluate the possibility of removing cat urine from my couch and recliner. After assessing the situation, they told me that there was so much cat urine buried deep in the upholstery, that their treatment would not be able to get rid of it all. I am soooo very impressed with this company! To be ethical and not promise what they could do is just amazing in this day and age. I'm telling all of my cat parent friends to use them!!
