They are very professional, they do a wonderful job. I 100% recommend them to renovate the patio.
I agree with the reviewers: unprofessional, unethical, poor quality job. They just want to dump a plastic tub in your yard for you to solve all other issues. The photos show how they installed the clips for the ties, and what type of drain system they laid out. I had to bring other contractors to change the box they brought to cover the motor, to clean up the glue in the clips and finish the sealing of the spa.
