Customer service is horrible. They rarely stick to their scheduled appointments forcing you to call and question when they will actually show up.
Excellent company. Results are always great. You can customize the services you want. No contract. I highly recommend them. They make a great looking yard simple.
My wife prepaid for our annual yard treatment, as we’ve done every year. The actual lawn work is usually decent, but the scheduling and reliability have become a real problem. Nature Scene has now scheduled our service twice this year and failed to show up both times. No call, no update, nothing. We even took time off work to be home because we have a new puppy and wanted to make sure she was safe while someone was in the backyard.
