I received excellent customer service from Mekenna this week. I was told the grub control would be applied and for best results that it should be watered. My concern was it would be applied the day after it rained thoroughly and now entering a dry spell. I am unable to water my entire yard consistently. She assured me that if I started seeing grubs after several weeks had passed, then another application could be applied. They guarantee their work and products used. DO NOT BOOK! Tried to book these people, was told they would come out within a week to 10 days. After a week and a half of no communication, I called and was told the receptionist would have to speak to her manager. Did not receive a call back, and when I called back later that day, was told that it would be another week before I could get service. Keep in mind that I PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE! When I demanded a refund they told me it would take 2 weeks to get a refund! I cannot emphasize how unprofessional this business is!
